With over 50 years of experience as a loss adjuster Chan Hwee Seng is a leading figure in claims management in Singapore and across the wider Asia-Pacific region. He specialises on fire, jeweller’s block, fine arts & species and fraud investigations. He has played a key role in numerous cross-border fraud investigations and regularly speaks on topics related to fraud detection and claims handling.

Rudolf Frei (Managing Director, IBNR Management Consulting Pte Ltd)
Rudolf Frei is the founder and Managing Director of IBNR Management Consulting, a firm specialising in insurance management consulting and claims, fraud detection. For over 30 years Rudolf has been helping insurers in Europe and Asia establish fraud risk frameworks and conduct performance gap analysis. He also has experience supervising anti fraud units and working with Special Investigation Units (SIUs).

Gaurav Jaiswal (Country Head, KGiSL Singapore)
Gaurav leads KGiSL Singapore, where he focuses on leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies to transform insurance operations. With over 25 years of experience in IT and insurance, Gaurav has successfully implemented artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that enhance fraud detection capabilities, helping insurers reduce losses and improve efficiency.

Wang Ying Shuang (Partner, Rajah & Tann LLP)
Ying Shuang specialises in insurance and reinsurance law. She has extensive experience advising insurers on regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Ying Shuang has helped numerous insurance companies navigate the complex legal landscape that surrounds fraud allegations and policy coverage.
